Grilled Lamb Dinner ~ LID week 1

The grilled chicken from Monday lasted several days since Papa Bear grilled extra however last night we were ready for a change. 
He grilled lamb chops with rosemary which was really good. We opted not to marinate it as usual just to be on the safe side.
We also roasted some small red and white potatoes and made some fresh Pico de gallo and an Avocado Salad with fresh squeezed lime juice. These are not sides we usually serve with  a lamb dinner however we had to get creative since our choices are limited. 
Good News! We finally found some crackers that will work in place of bread products. I hope to try a bread recipe from the ThyCa Cookbook this weekend but this is a good addition. 
PS...I have been told these crackers are really good with avocado!
