Chicken Avocado Salad - { LID week 2 }

Last night was Girls Night for dinner so we decided to make our favorite Chicken Avocado Salad since it met all the Low Iodine Diet requirements. 
The chicken is broiled, chopped into chunks and tossed with lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro and lime juice. It is always so tasty and easy to make. Definitely on our favorites list, including LID!
