I LOVE beets!
~steamed, pickled and harvard~
{fresh are my favorite}
When I make {fresh} harvard beets
it always reminds me of watching my grandma make them.
She didn't use a recipe,
she just added enough butter, sugar, flour and vinegar to her steamed whole or diced beets until they were perfect
{and they always were}
YUM!
Your beets look perfect too!! I'm sure it tasted as good as it looks.

They were YUMMY! I almost mentioned the coleslaw. :)
