I made this cake & matching cupcakes yesterday for a
Hello Kitty
birthday party.
It is a three layer vanilla cake with butter cream frosting and matching mini cupcakes. The Hello Kitty on the top and sides of the cake are marshmallows and the toppers on the cupcakes are icing so almost everything is edible. Instead of writing the birthday details on the cake I made a coordinating cake pick.

OH, MY GOSH!! Those marshmallow kitties are adorable. I can't believe you made that.....well, yes I can. You seem to be able to do anything. Another wonderful creation!!
