Yesterday I popped one of the make a ahead meals, that I had prepared on Tuesday, in the slow cooker for a quick and easy Friday night dinner. I chose the Hot & Spicy Braised Peanut Chicken and added some Red Curry Paste just before serving as suggested on the recipe.
It was a hit!
The only thing I will do differently next time is add even more Red Curry Paste since we tend to like food on the spicy side.
