Saturday night Miss E and I decided to have soup for supper along with some cheese, toasted baguette bread, apples and of course some pickles and fancy olives. She set up a lovely little table while I prepared the soup.
The day before I had made a pot of Kielbasa, Kale and barley soup, which is one of our favorites, so prep was easy. All I had to do was warm it up and it was ready to go.
Everything was set up just in time for the Oregon State Football game kick off. Unfortunately the BEAVS did not win but it was still a fun Girls Night In.
