A couple overripe bananas and some old fashioned oats were the key ingredients for these wonderful breakfast muffins.
These hardy muffins were easy to make and a great start to a busy day.
Not only are they quick to assemble but also taste great.
Pecans, almonds, raisins, currants, dried cranberries, chocolate chips or even coconut would make great add ins or another option might be a gluten~free version. Next time I may choose one, two or a few to add or keep it simple and bake as is.
Either way these are easy yet hardy muffins.
And, they taste great too!
