Today is Shrove Tuesday
{ aka ~ Shrovetide Tuesday, Pancake Tuesday and Pancake Day }
To celebrate I made Sausage Pancake Muffins topped with Maple Butter and garnished with Crumbled Bacon. YUM!

I've never heard of pancake muffins, but it sure does sound good!! Adding sausage and bacon and maple butter puts it right over the top!!!
