Bunny Cake

Here is an easy Bunny Cake to make!
I made this cake for a birthday party but it would be perfect for Easter too.  
 All you need are two round cakes; one for the face, the other for the ears and bow tie. 
To show you how super easy this cake is,
here is a cutting diagram:
Use your pan as a guide to make your circle if you are cutting out a paper template. Once you cut out the circle, fold it in half and then cut the ears so that they are the same size. 
 I also cut a template for the inner part of the ears and sprinkled pink sugar inside the cutout, however, frosting or coconut colored with food coloring would work just as well.
I made this cake years ago but now, with all the new baking products and techniques, there are so many more decorating possibilities!
