This Sour Cream Lime Tart was our St. Patrick's Day dessert on Sunday. I added a couple drops of green food coloring to the filling to give it a little more color. It wasn't quite the shade of green I was going for but it was still festive and a delicious end to our traditional corned beef and cabbage dinner.
