mini Cheesecakes { progressive dinner ~ desserts }

Over the last couple days I shared the desserts I took to our Holiday Progressive Dinner last Saturday evening. I posted my Cannoli Cups, Snowflake Cupcakes and now
...last but not least...
here are the mini Cheesecakes with raspberry topping.
For these individual mini cheesecakes I used a Nilla Wafer for the crust, topped the cheesecake with a thin layer of sour cream mixture and just before serving I put a dab 
of homemade raspberry sauce on top.  
A perfect combination!
