here are the mini Cheesecakes with raspberry topping.
For these individual mini cheesecakes I used a Nilla Wafer for the crust, topped the cheesecake with a thin layer of sour cream mixture and just before serving I put a dab
of homemade raspberry sauce on top.
A perfect combination!
